It will be finished, but probably not any time soon. I will not be releasing any of my work, though, so you can only look forward to seeing it finished and ingame.

No, wip topics are for works in progress. For people to post their progress on something they're working on. This is not american eagles, we don't force you to release your mod if you want to post pictures of it. You can look forward to seeing this ingame from my computer and some of my close friends'.

Well if added is true shouldn't it be added to the community if it is truly a Work in Progress?

No, added to means I'm still adding things to it. Which is true. It will not be released and I don't have to justify my decision. Sorry if that upsets you but nobody is forced to release anything here.
