hey guys I need some help/pointers on a trailer edit here....I got an oxtar us water trailer and would like to use it to haul my milk and fertilizer back and forth from the farms to sell or to sprayers....I changed the fill types in the mod desc but that didn't change anything was looking around in GE to see if anything else needed to be changed couldn't find anything for adding fill types. any help would be great thanks...
p.s. mod can be found on modhoster. its the us water trailer. this is for fs13 not fs15

The filltypes would be the the .xml, not moddesc, but I'm not sure if fert needs a custom script, as I never used a fert tender in 13.

okay ill try that...its jus a trailer so may need to borrow a trigger from a different trailer im guessing to beable to off load to sprayers and such not sure. just something to mess around with I guess

I get an unknown type for this mod in my error log with this modDesc....

well getting closer got the trailer to accept fertilizer but only loads it wont fill sprayers and still will not accept fuel
update:....got the trailer to load fuel and fertilizer but still cannot fill sprayers...not sure how that all works. can fill another trailer in the field that does allow for sprayer filling tho until I get it figured out on my new trailer

when its calling for a trigger you can only make it fill with one or the other

Just a thought, I know this is for a FS13 mod, but there is a FS15 mod, the EAGER BEAVER 20XPT TRAILER MOD that works both ways, you can "overloader" by forcing seed or fertilizer into an implement, or from the implement/Tractor, you can refill like normal. Don't know if that would help you, but maybe you could glean some information out of it that could help you with your mod. Just thought I would share that. Hope it helps.

I found this document on adding Overloader that is for FS13 and can make any vehicle or implement you want to have the overloader function, ie fuel, water, milk, seed, fertilizer, etc. wiki.satis.dk/index.php/Document:Specialization/overloader It also has a great amount of instruction on animated vehicles if you look under Specialization Usage / Animated Vehicle. This is mainly describing a grain cart, but it has a wealth of info and might work for your mod issue.

ok well what i gave him will work if he has everything set right for it and with the FS15 mod, the EAGER BEAVER 20XPT TRAILER MOD that i did there is different Specialization for 13 then 15
