folding.stanford.edu/I wanted to introduce this to the fine people here. If you lost a loved one to cancer, alzeimers, or parkersons or know someone that is battling any of these. A brief description of folding is software that you download and install on your pc that folds proteins and sends the data to stanford university to help find a cure. There are several ways this works on your pc. They have cpu clients and gpu clients. Basically the more threads your cpu can handle the more cpu clients or cuda cores or stream processors for your gpu. You can use cpu and gpu clients together. I personally have folded for Team EVGA since 2008. This can be setup in many ways. Most people have it setup with a low priority where it runs in the background while idling. Im not going to bs you, that this is hard on your pc and will give it a work out. I have had this setup on 5 computers at my house at the same time and it will send your electric bill up. Anyways it is a good thing to try and help if you can. If you have a hard core gaming pc, you can help out alot with it. forums.evga.com/FoldingHome-Help-and-Guides-f70.aspxIf anyone is interested here is a link to some guides or if you have any questions contact me. Thanks
