My Truck has a glitch ;(

My truck has a problem that when you buy it and save your game then leave and come back its stuck in place unless you force it to move with a front loader, wheel loader, or telehandler with a pallet fork (when stuck its like a collision box is surrounding it and keeping it there. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

Make sure that nothing has a rigid body in GE other than the main collision/transform group part at the top of the list in GE
