Glad to have a veteran fs player! I still think you should convert to 15, though. lol As of right now it would be pointless personally because my map cannot be converted. For some reason foliage cannot be rendered outside of a 4x area and my map is 16x. Giant's seems to have no intention of fixing it.

My name is Mike and online I go by the name Jamespants. I thought the name was funny, and I was in need of a better online username than 'mikey'. Later I found James Pants is actually an 'American multi-instrumental recording artist'. Well, good for him I guess. Anyway, I'm from The Netherlands, or Holland as some call it. I have no real life farming experience whatsoever. I live in the heart of a medium size city and I maintain dedicated and virtual servers (web, database etc etc) for big webshops and companies for a living. I started playing FS 2011. In the beginning I thought it was kind of ridiculous but after a while I started enjoying it more and more. After FS11 came FS13 which I was really excited for. FS13 was the first time I really looked into the American farming community and at the same time I started to get more interested in real life American farming. Naturally I really enjoyed the map Idaho from Blueweb. I've spent many many hours on it. One thing I also really enjoyed was MoreRealistic. I wanted to promote the MR conversions so I built a tool for it, I think the URL was something like: jamespants.net/fs13/mr. Took it offline due to the lack in time to maintain it properly. I really enjoy mods, I can do some edits and basic map making but nothing noteworthy. With this tool I tried to contribute in my own way to the community. I still think any quality mod should have realistic properties regarding the engine and/or weight and such. Currently I'm playing FS15. Can't really seem to find a map that can keep me interested the way Idaho in FS13 did. I did a little multiplayer and I thought it was a great way to bring the game to a new level and connect with community. I still have plans to run my own server one day. I have the server up and running but it's the lack of spare time that's holding me back. So for now I enjoy a little singleplayer and watch/learn more from Youtube videos about USA farming. As I've said before I would really like to contribute to the community. Unfortunately my modding skills are, well.. non existing If there is anything else I can help out with, let me know!

Well suppose i outa make a little foot print here as well. Anyways on Some forms I go by Mack, Harris Frams, or even Mack (Bull Hauler) or Bull Hauler. Anyways I started playin fs13 back in late 2013 along with my brother who is now 31. We started out not knowing a single things bout modding, but thanks to a few freinds Catfish John from AIM/UM tough me how to do edits, and know who I do a little trading with. Anyways Ive done alot of mod editing and the very first day I had released a mod my life was threatened by the Owner of PHM after they had banned me permanently from their teamspeak server and their website for no actual reason but I still got their mods. Which I thought everything I had heard about them I thought was complete BS well no what I had heard. but before all of this I had joined a clan called KDG right after I had gotten my own PC to play FS, then realizing that the owner was a complete READ ME (sorry pardon my french Admins) I had finally quit and started out on my own only two months later joining with a few freinds from years past at Dark Havoc Gaming. Today I still do release my edits, but I still play ET2, ETS2, FS13, FS15, ARMA2 AND ARMA2 OA which I play with Renigade Gaming (not trying to recruit) but I also just in the past 3 months have been recording for youtube, eventhough I dont have a "super computer", I've also recently started to build my own facebook page Lone Star Modding/ Lone Star Customs. I've also opened my own farming simulator 2013 server playing with mods I've done heavy edits to. www.facebook.com/lonestarmodding/?fref=tsAttachments:

Hello, Im Todd I am relatively new to the farm sim community , I have been a long time member of the train simulator community and rail fan community. (hence the chosen screen name for Chicago and Northwestern RR).
I help with our family farm operation here in central Iowa with about 40 head of beef cows.
I would like to expand my horizons in the FS community a bit more by map making and learning blender for mods, Alot of the stuff I have seen produced for FS 15 is for the bigger farms, would like to see some of the smaller stuff in game for the small to medium farms.
I'm also a avid photographer ranging from farm life to railroads to weather.
Thanks for having me as part of Open Source.
